Management
As this development and all aspects there-of are managed by the Home Owners Association, general maintenance, upkeep and security related issues are no longer of concern to the induvidual owners. The avid traveller can rest assured that the property and animals are well looked after by professional staff.
One of the further advantages of sharing a Nature Estate is that the maintenance of infra-structure which would be prohibitively expensive for a single owner, will now be shared with like-minded people. Co-owners will share, not only in the exclusivity, isolation and privacy of the estate, but will also have a direct influence on the management there-of, as well as the growth of the entire project.
The estate is game fenced to a height of 2,4 m, and being 50km from the nearest town, with no settlements and industries in the vicinity, the mountainous terrain virtually eliminates pedestrian access to Sable Hills Eco Park. There is a central office, which will be utilised for security related issues and a security gate will further limit access to the development .

Purchase Procedures
Prospective buyers need to follow theses procedures to aquire a stand. After a site visit and and having had your senses overloaded by the beauty of this piece of Africa, all one needs to do is to decide on which stand to build his/her dream home on. Although this sounds straight forward, we have seen prospective buyers go into mental paralyses as they have to decide between the unreal and mind-blowing views available.
Your nominated stand can be purchased by means of cash or an approved bond.
A 10% deposit and a signed Agreement will ensure that the chosen stand will be exclusively reserved for a 30 day period in order to complete the bond application, or have an Irrevocable Letter of Credit issued.
The purchase price for a stand include agents commission, VAT and transfer costs.
Viewing appointments require a minimum of four hours to get a proper perspective of what is on offer on Sable Hills. Guests can spend the night at one of the many neighbouring lodges and further explore Sable Hills and all of its treasures over a weekend or several day visits.
